Deidrick Diaz MS.TRS TXC

Recreational Therapy professional and founder of the Diaz Sand Trainer concept. With decades of experience in rehabilitation, performance training, and community health initiatives, Diaz created this model to address the rising need for safe, effective, and scalable training environments.

Drawing from his background in recreational therapy and sports medicine, Diaz developed the Sand Trainer to unite athletic performance with wellness and recovery. His vision is to make sand-based training accessible to all—youth athletes, seniors, and veterans alike—while promoting long-term health, inclusion, and community development.
